At A1 Machining and Welding we specialize in Aluminum, Stainless Steel, and Carbon Steel welding.
We can weld new parts to specifications, fabricate per drawings, and repair or modify existing parts.
Also knows as GTAW or Gas Tungsten Arc Welding use a non-consumable Tungsten electrode and filler material is added by hand or base materials are fused together. TIG welding can be used to weld a wide variety of metals. This process is superior to MIG (GMAW) especially on Stainless Steel and Aluminum.
Also know as GMAW or Gas Metal Arc Welding which uses a wire spool as the electrode that gets consumed to make a weld. One of the most common welding types used mostly on Steel Welding. However we provide MIG Stainless Steel Welding with Stainless Steel wire and Tri-Mix Shielding gas. We can also weld Aluminum with Aluminum wire and 100% Argon gas with a spool gun. Both Stainless Steel and Aluminum MIG welding are used more in production runs where welds bead quality are not of importance.
We also provide a other welding types that are less commonly used:
Our in-house CNC milling and turning capabilities allow us to meet demanding customer print specifications with precision and consistency. We are equipped to produce complex, tight-tolerance components while maintaining accuracy in most applications up to ±0.0005". From prototypes to production runs, our machining expertise ensures quality parts that meet exact engineering requirements.
We have many resources to cut metal from handsaws, laser, water jet, and plasma cutting.
We have the resources and expertise to form and fabricate sheet metal to meet our customers’ exact print specifications. Our capabilities allow us to produce formed components with attention to detail, quality, and consistency, ensuring each part meets required dimensions, tolerances, and project requirements.
We provide rudimentary metal sanding, and buffing/deburring, blending.
